Join me on September 3, 2026, for a mini retreat from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm. at 60 Prospect St Hull. This retreat is open to those who have completed Heart-Based Meditation.
We'll meditate, move our bodies, listen to binaural beats with a focus on presence, enjoy a delicious lunch, take an afternoon walk (weather permitting), experience the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, and close the day with an afternoon meditation.
